Bart J. Eagle is a commercial litigator and a counselor in business matters and a trained and experienced neutral serving as a mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Eagle currently serves as the Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction. He is a member of the Association’s Council on Judicial Administration and the Council’s Efficiency Working Group. Mr. Eagle is also a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Sections. He is co-chair of the NYSBA Dispute Resolution Section’s Mediation Committee, is a member of the NYSBA Dispute Resolution Section’s Executive Committee and ADR in the Courts Committee, and is a former member of the NYCBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
